FAQ’S

Where are games played?

Games are played at the VISD District Events Center (DEC) Gyms at 1110 Sam Houston, Victoria, TX.

How much does it cost to play?

The Registration Fee is $75 per player.
All Registrations after May 12th will have a $10 late fee added.

Sponsor Fee: $150 (All Teams must find coach and sponsor)

How do I pay if I am already part of a team?

All payments will be made through online registration. Enter Coach and/or Team Name at time of registration.

How do I pay as an individual?

All payments will be made through online registration.

Who is eligible to play?

Division 1 Girls Varsity – College Women
Division 2 Girls 10th – 11th Grade
Division 3 Girls 8th – 9th Grade
Division 4 Girls 6th – 7th Grade

How many players are needed to make a full team?

A full team is 10 players.  If you do not have a full team then individuals who are without a team will be placed to fill the spots.

Do we need a Team Sponsor?

Yes, all teams must have a sponsor.  The sponsor can be a business or individual and they will need to pay the $150 sponsorship.  The sponsor’s name will be printed on the team shirts.

Are coaches required?  

Teams are not required to have a coach.  We do encourage teams to have a coach or a contact person, especially for the younger divisions.

Are teams responsible for having a person do the scorebook and/or clock?

Yes, each team will need a volunteer(s) to handle the scorebook and/or clock.  

Does the league provide team shirts?

Yes, the league provides team shirts and they will be given out on the first night of league.  Please arrive early before your game to pick up your shirt on the stage in the Main Gym. Your coach will be contacted if shirts can be picked up before first game.
